Rosie is a young woman grappling with anxiety. She finds solace in phone calls to her supportive mother while trying to navigate the challenges of mental health and the healing power of maternal understanding. The Film explores what it’s like to go through an anxiety attack while trying to ground yourself without raising concerns with friends and loved ones.
